I had the pleasure of working with Hazra on more than one occasion where she was always very patient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the great jewelry DGeller has to offer at a great price to. She made me feel like a valued customer and made sure I was comfortable with my purchases. I will definitely be back to this location for my next jewelry purchase and would recommend everyone ask for Hazra to help them. I will always request her for any and all my next visits. Great service and positive attitudes from the whole team while I was there today - had a necklace that got tangled and thought it would have to be cut to save it. Stephen was patient and kind and was able to save my necklace without harming it. He also offered to shine my jewelry while I was there.

She kept me updated throughout the entire process from reaching out for a design, scheduling a time that worked best with my schedule, and advocating for preferences. We love coming to D. Geller for our wedding needs. I initially got a custom engagement ring and decide we wanted to do matching wedding bands. I went to the store with some vague ideas about what I wanted and didn't want, and her recommendations were spot on. One of them was a ring I wouldn't have thought I'd like from just walking by, but I loved it so much when I tried it on! From the start, she offered honest, solid advice and fair pricing, and she genuinely helped guide us through the process so we could make the right choice with confidence. At the same time, she made the whole experience feel special and memorable for both my girlfriend and me. It's clear she cares about getting it right for her customers, not just making a sale. This was me and my future wife's 4th Jeweler we visited in a day and D. Geller & Son blew the rest out of the water. Sam was the jeweler that helped us. We told her everything we wanted and she made it all happen. There wasn't a thing that we mentioned that she couldn't figure out how to make it work. Every other jeweler we visited had limitations, but Sam had a problem solving mentality which is much desired in this process that was completely foreign to me. Not only did she give us the most beautiful ring we could hope for, but she took the time to teach us about the process and the mechanics of an engagement ring. The process was headache-free and genuinely pleasant at times which was a surprise for me. I highly recommend this Jeweler, but Sam, I cannot recommend enough.

My wife and I are celebrating 30 years of marriage this year. We decided she needed a new wedding ring…. Hazra and the team at D Geller helped us pick out the perfect stones and setting. We could not be more happy. Hazra even suggested that we could turn her old ring into a pendant…we thought WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!! so we are in the process of getting that designed and done as well… Love this team and their customer service…

Sam was a great experience, I’ve never had to shop for an engagement ring before and she made me fell very comfortable from the start because I came in with an idea of what I was looking for and basically anything was possible with the store and her great expertise. I own a small business so my time to be in the store was limited but her communication with me throughout the process of me getting a custom ring was simplified because she made it happen for me. Thank you so much Sam for everything you did to make this moment. SHE SAID YES 🥰🥰 and we’re both very happy
